Mmm, sounds yummy! Do all of your guests eat seafood?

I agree that for appetizers, a wrap of some kind would go with the theme. Or you could do a soup if you’ll be seated :).

Those are my kinds of foods!

How about a spicey peanut noodle dish or a Banh Hoi rice noodle dish

I agree, another veggie as well. how about a cold veggie salad (but not lettuce based) either a kimchi or maybe a carrot and sesame slaw with asian flavors. Lots of recipes on the net.

I think if you make enough of the dishes you really only need two proteins and one carb So you could eliminate the beef and one of the noodle dishes. Itll make prep and cooking a lot easier for you.

Ditto with the above pp. No need for the beef or two noodle dishes. One starch is enough for anyone.

@bella128:  Coconut rice pudding sounds tasty.

If you want to go lighter and easier try a coconut flavoredyogurt like Liberte (soooo delicious- like nothing you have had. Its decadent) and peeople can dip pineapple triangles and strawberries in it.

It makes for a nice conversational dessert.  I like it because it can be served at the coffee table (like app style) and its more relaxed than serving dessert at a table.  Plus kids love to dip stuff!)
