Well the red wine sounds delish! What are you in the mood for? I made stuffed peppers the other night and they were really easy. The rice takes a while but other than that theyre simple. Are you interested in that?

When I’m by myself for dinner I take advantage and make or order things he doesn’t like much 😉

Sometimes it’s junky food like potato skins or nachos… sometimes it’s just cereal or cookies and a cocktail! 

Whatever you have, enjoy the alone time!

Go to the Pioneer Woman blog if you want to cook…really appetizing pictures and step by step directions! It’s my new obsession now that I’m almost to the wedding and not planning so much. I do love a delicious dinner and glass (or more) of wine on a nice, mellow night at home.
