hey ladies, I’m getting married in 44 days yippee! The problem is I’d like to lose some weight, but I feel like I’ve already run out of time! If I’m diligent can I lose 10 lbs in six weeks? Any advice or encouragemeny would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

You could lose about a pound a week safely & sustainably. Clean up your diet, hop onto myfitnesspal and make sure you aren’t way over or way under your calorie goal, focus on fresh veggies and lean proteins. Cut out soft drinks and highly processed carbs (white bread, white pasta, sugary drinks and snacks).
Ramp up your cardio, and throw in some resistance training to tone up your muscles. Interval training is a fat blaster, give it a try too.
