That's such a great theme! I would think yellow and red, sort of like your poster/avatar or even white, black and red would work really well with it!
Black/white/red comes to mind for classic Mickey.
Otherwise, I might go with a cinderella blue and silver. Seems like there's always sparkly blue in Disney movies??
I thought about the red, black, and white, but i wanted something more virbrant.
What if you still chose something like red, white, black as the main colour theme, but had accents in say yellow, blue, green? For example, bridesmaids' hairpieces, groomsmen's ties, a few different flowers in each bouquet/arrangement... I saw pictures from a rainbow-themed wedding - 7 bridesmaids each wore a different colour, and the 7 groomsmen had shoes and suspenders in corresponding colours. I think you don't have to restrict your colour palette as long as you still have that unifying theme. Or as jo.lee kind of suggested, pick your favourite poster and look a the colours in that. It sounds like your reception could end up with a bit more colour with all those posters anyway :)
The thing about Disney is that he was the master at using muted palettes with punches of vibrant colors. If you look at the classic posters from the 30's-60's they have a lot of vibrant reds and blues with muted golds, greens and greys. A bee posted a new color site called http://design-seeds.com and these are a couple of inspirational pallettes I found that could be tastefully done.

I think i have decided on red, yellow and purple. It accents really well with all of the posters i have chosen.
I would think purples, reds, golds, yellows..if you want to be vibrant..I loveeee Disney so I loveee that you picked this theme

I am planning on having a claasic Disney themed wedding. My Table Numbers are going to be the classic movie posters, like the original Snow White and Peter Pan. The problem that i am coming to is im not sure what colors i should go with. I was thinking like vibrant colors. Does anyone have any suggestions?
