The girl who ate 4 meals today and dessert is going to be no help…

Can you think of another comforting ritual that doesn’t involve food?  For example, snuggling up with a fuzzy pet or taking a warm bath?

Go drink a FULL glass of water… then do 10 push ups. Tell us if you still want the food afterwards.

Play a video game. I always find that if my hands are busy, I don’t get peckish.

@bebero: Yeah do ask him! I would try playing GTA V (you’ve probably heard of it, hehe), also Red Dead Redemption is one of my faves. I don’t play games a tonne but I just notice that when I do pick up a controller, I don’t eat because my hands are too busy to hold a chocolate bar, lol. Maybe even go out for a walk (nothing strenuous, you want to enjoy it), do some gardening, something that occupies your mind and your hands.

@bebero:  Hot tea (which I prefer with a splash of soymilk) is the most filling snack for the calories that I’ve ever found.

Ha! I had two large slices of pizza for dinner. I don’t need any more food tonight either.

Hot tea! I love Tazo Passion tea because it’s flavored so I feel like there are some sort of calories involved when there are none. If that doesn’t work, I’ll have a piece of chocolate that’s less than 100 calories.
