Hey guys, I played around with this for awhile yesterday and at first I didn't think I liked it, but now that I'm seeing a picture of it, it isn't so bad.  Can I have your honest opinions please?? Even if you think they're cheesy or cheap looking!

I quite like it.  The only thing I would suggest would be to shorten the length on the little green berries coming out of the top.  I would make them about half the length, but that's just my opinion!  I really like the little black flowers - cute touch.

Very cute but yes, I agree with Miss Paris, shorten the berries by a hair and maybe have a stem come out the side on a diagnol instead of straight up. Very sweet looking.

Thanks everyone, shortening the berries was one of my thoughts.  Also, do you think I should wrap it in black ribbon??

I agree about shortening the berries.

Also, maybe you could hold it up against a black suit jacket (or whatever color your guys are wearing).  For me, that made a huge difference in my opinion of our bouts.

I think that it would look equally as good wrapped in black ribbon...you did a GREAT job!

How big is it?  I DIYed my bouts and my found that full size roses were hard to make at all masculine.  My husband was definitely against anything corsage like.

What I did to get around monstrously large bouts was to use spray roses.

Looks nice. Definitely use-able. But: I'd make the stem part wider... It looks to narrow and squiggle-y. You could, yeah, do it in black ribbon (thickening the stem underneath with whatever) or keep it in green. PS: i myself don't think the berries need to be shorter....

Yes, wrap the bottom. I think it looks more polished that way compared to leaving the florist tape in plain view. Otherwise I like it. I think you could leave the berries or shorten them.

Thanks for all tips and advice guys.  I totally scrapped it and started over though.  Here's what I came up with.  I need to wrap ribbon around it, but otherwise I like this much better.
