I don’t make jewelry but if I wanted this, I would get an imitation pearl necklace and loop it around several times till it was the size for my wrist. I would use the clasp of the necklace and a clear elastic band(cut it and use it to tie the ends together) then attach the brooch of my choice.

Unless the imitation pearl necklace is strung on an elastic, this will need to be done on the wedding day after you are dressed, as you don’t want it large enough to slip over your hand. You can find imitation pearl necklaces that are strung on elastic.

Could you a few cheap pearl bracelets of varying sizes and buy a brooch and pin the bracelets together?
