I recently threw my cousin's bridal shower and handmade the invitations and thank you cards! I'm really in love with how they turned out!
I bought 2 packages of 25-sheet 105lb gold stardream cardstock, 1 package of 25-sheet text weight crystal stardream paper, and 50 black envelopes. All of that was about $50 from www.paper-papers.com. I already had the corner rounder, glue dots, stamp, paper cutter, and ink pad.
I printed 4 postcards per 8.5x11 sheet of stardream paper! If you're looking for a new printer I highly recommend getting a Kodak printer! It handled the heavy duty cardstock really well and the ink is super cheap!
The fonts are candara (already in microsoft office applications) and freebooter script from dafont.
