Okay, so I’m one of those annoying brides that seems to stumble upon everything at the right time. I was purchasing a printer for work and there HAPPENED to be a Michael’s next door. I stepped inside and found a GREAT deal on this:
40 invites, RSVP cards, envelops, beaded belly bands and ribbons for $15. Yes, $15. That’s $0.38 per invitation for those of you keeping track. 😉
Has anyone had any luck with these? I wonder how hard they’re going to be to print at home…anyone used them before?

Walmart sells the same brand. I’ve never used them personally but I recieved a very lovely invite from a friend and apparently she used this method. I would have believed her if she said they were professional 🙂

I used some Gartner invites from Michaels (50 invites for $11 on clearance…awesome deal). I doctored them up in a major way and designed everything in Adobe Illustrator. I had a great experience with them. Someday I’ll get around to posting them on here…probably after I get back from the honeymoon. 🙂

I used them! i wish i had a picture of my invites – they were super easy to print and put together. my husband and i did them together in just a few hours – the hard part was coming up with the wording! i would recommend them.
i used these
I also used their matching programs – which i do have a picture of 🙂
One thing to note: mine only came with the invite and RSVP card (along with envelopes and everything needed to complete the invite) – but i needed another card (same size and shape as the RSVP card) for accommodation information so i just bought card stock and literally made copies of the RSVP cards – they looked just the same.

I got this kit.
It was super easy. The templates were easy to use and figure out. They look great when they are finished!! These are the same brand so I imagine they are the same quality. I hear they dont do so well in the mail with the sorting machines and all, and the seals come undone, so if yours come with seals be aware of that. I put some glue dots under and it seemed to help alot!!

I am using a wax seal to close ours up, so no seals to fall off. Thanks for the input, ladies!! 🙂
