I made a couple mock ups of our centerpieces tonight. Some tables will have the larger one and some will have the smaller one. I’m not sure what color I’m going to paint the wooden pieces, probably white but the tableclothes will be white so maybe I’ll do them cobalt blue, which is my main color. What do you guys think?
And here’s a picture of our venue:

No suggestions! I think it will look great as you have it planned.

I think they look great. Could you maybe do a metallic for the numbers?

T would also shorten the hydrangea so it sat right on the top of the vase.

I like the idea of a metallic paint for the numbers

I really like those! Where did you get the numbers from?

Thanks for the suggestions! I like the idea of metallic paint a lot. I think silver would look nice.
Thanks for pointing that out! I had to get my FH to cut them with wire cutters and I didn’t notice they were sticking out weirdly. I’m also going to fill up the vases with more marbles, I just ran out tonight.

I got the number and base at Joann Fabrics. They had similar ones at Michael’s too. I couldn’t find a number with a base so I got 2 separate pieces and I’m going to glue them together after I paint them. They had smaller and larger ovals, so I’ll use the bigger ones for the double digits.

@julies1949: Also fill up the shorter bottles some more, either with more beads or ribbon or something else if the bottle is too small to get those other things in. The stems are pretty obvious the way they are.
EDIT: I’m also going to fill up the vases with more marbles, I just ran out tonight.
Well never mind me then!
