I really like this but I have two questions: if that is regular scrap booking paper, what do you do when you get food stains on it?  How do you wash it

I really like that, and I like your paper. I couldn’t open your link, but I think paper is a great choice as a liner, just like paper doilies that serve the same purpose. What a neat, modern update!

Maybe I’m assuming that the three stacks a glued together.  An easy solution would be to stack but not glue.  Or to not stack at all, then you could replace the paper after each use.  You could change the color of your paper to match with the party decor.  Thanks for this post, I will be trying this for sure.
