For my sister's bridal shower we gave out sushi made of candy in little take-out boxes. My mom'sfriend makes and sells it as a little side business, but it seems likeit would be a do-able DIY project.
Most of the 'sushi' consisted of rice cripsy treat for the 'rice' and then all kinds of gummy candy (fruit rollups, gummy worms, etc) for the 'fish'.
Just thought I'd share the idea.
