The only thing that I can think of is something edible. Maybe you could do a cute "sugar for her" and "sugar for him" kind of theme. Or "his & hers sweets" with a similar packaging style (cookies, candy, etc)
You could also make some kind of manly soap. My husband loves Natural soaps and would be psyched to get something like that with a "man scent".
@multinational: Sounds crazy, but my FI LOVES good handcream that doesn't have a floral scent. He always has dry hands from work, but hates that when he puts on a good quality cream he smells like roses and perfume for awhile.
@Beelieve: I just don't think men care about a favor. I am a woman and I don't really think they are a must have. If you gave the men a can of beer with a bag of nuts attached in a cute bag they would be excited. Sugar scrub is not going to excite a man:0)

I love the idea of pairing a sugary food with the sugar scrub. Since you seem to be comfortable with DIYs, you could totally do something like cinnamon sugar almonds in a cute little cellophane bag -- that way the sugar/sugar theme would be really clear.
I agree with the man scents. I had a xmas party last year and as a favor we gave out these AWESOME soaps from a shop i knew about ( handmade to die for) and they carry a line just for me...beleive it or not the men LOVED that they could get soaps /lotions etc that wasnt flowery or womanly.
THEY HAVE A BEER & RUM SOAPS!

Hi Bees! I need some help with brainstorming favor ideas. Here's my little dilemma: I'm really stuck on making this awesome DIY sugar scrub to be put in cute jars for favors. However, I'm also aware that most male guests will a) have no idea what to do with "sugar scrub" and/or b) will have no interest in using it, even when they figure it out. So, I would like to do "favors for her" and "favors for him."
The problem is, I cannot come up with any DIY ideas that are similar (i.e. also body care-related?) but that men would appreciate.
Any ideas you ladies have would be greatly appreciated!
