I had my flowers ordered a few months in advanced, had them delivered two days before my event and stored them in water unrefrigerated.  As for the quantity, I would probably recommend speaking to the vendor you choose to purchase through (some vendors sell by the stem or bunch).  Hope this helps 🙂

I’ll probably be doing the same for my wedding next year, but my sister also ordered from Sam’s Club and they were gorgeous. I believe she ordered them a month in advance and got them delivered two days  before the event.

We’re ordering our flowers for the ceremony space through Sam’s Club. I know you have to wait for a certain time to be able to order them; they only let you order so far in advance. I’ve read reviews of the flowers coming in unopened so you should order them a couple of days in advance and let them sit in water so they open up. 🙂

My brother did my flowers (he used to teach floral design at a high school, along with other plant classes).  He ordered them about a month in advance from the grocery store floral department.  (Where he got the best deal for his classes).  I think they came in a couple of days before the wedding.  If you are going through a local vendor, I would ask them what is best!  Good luck!
