Weddingbee boards

Because I am a make it work budget queen( and the love of a challenge) I am going to DIY my flowers and bouquets. This secretly terrifies me because this kind of project is not my thing. Luckily my MOH and FI love this sort of work. We have alot of time to experiment . Can anyone give me some resources to consult on DIY flowers ( books websites, bee posts). Also - anyone wiling to share how much I should budget for this. here are my specs

Lots of access to discount stores/fresh flower markets

simple , low centerpieces and simple bouquets. 

about 15-20 centerpieces 6-8 bouqets.

If you are getting married in June you are set! There are so many types of flowers you will find that time of year but the trick will be keeping them fresh if the temp gets too high! I would also suggest keeping it simple by using one type of flower over and over again or using the same color over and over again. Repetition is the best way of making something look totally pulled together on your own! Best of luck!
