Hey ladies,
I just did a trial order with Blooms by the Box and was very pleased. They ship free to the tri-state area which is awesome!
I will tell you, when I opened the box and saw the flowers I was very nervous. They did not look super. The first sentence on their instruction letter says, "Do not panic." And then it goes on to inform you that the flowers are in a dormant state when they arrive and that if you do exactly what the directions state they will begin to look alive again. And it's absolutely true, I followed them to a T and within a day they were all perked up and ready to be played with. Depending on how many you order, you definitely need a dark, cool place to store them (not a refrigerator). We emptied the hall closet out and put them in there, luckily we've had a terribly cool summer so it worked perfectly.

Hope this helps someone! I'll be putting my mass order in last week of August!
