So being the weirdo that I am, I can’t just buy something and use it. I have to MAKE it. Which can really cause me a lot of stress but that’s neither here nor there.
Just thought I’d share my DIY chalkboard important number table numbers! I spray painted all of these pieces and am currently writing on them with my trusty chalkboard pen (yes it really erases!). I’m going to stick these beauties on a dowel rod, one front and one back, and stick them in a glass jar with river rocks.
Can’t wait for someone to find their spot at table # 21,652. 🙂 I have about 6 more to go.
Anyone else do something like this? Share!

You are so sweet! I love this!

I did the same thing!… well not the chalkboard, but the meaning behind each table number

I love it!! Very cute and personal.
Darling Husband is a forest ranger and cut cookies (slices of trees) from 16 different trees. Each table was named after the cookie on their table. His forestry friends really appreciate the effort! lol

I love this! Silly question, but how will people find their actual table if it’s not in numerical order? Or is that only a question that a bride with 400 guests coming to her wedding asks?
Signed, a bride with 400 guests coming to her wedding, ohmygeez.

We’re doing this!!! Fiance and I met on our college cross country team, so all of our table numbers are replicas of “bib” numbers that one would wear in a race… all the numbers are different 4-5 digit numbers relevant to our relationship. It’s one of the details I’m most excited about!!

I am! At first I was trying to come up with something that went with #’s 1-25, but I’ve given up and am just going to do what you did and have random #’s.
Yours are super cute!
