I am considering doing semi-DIY invitations. I was going to design them myself, but I find that I get overwhelmed by graphics (sad, but true). So, I’m thinking of having someone design them and print and cut them myself (or thereabouts). Has anyone used a design only service? I’ve looked at Etsy, but there are so many vendors and it is hard to find the ones that offer design only services.

I’m planning on doing the same semi-DIY as you and I’m just about to sign with Ella Elise Stationary (http://www.eestationery.com/). Bridget’s communication skills so far are top notch, which is extremely important in a wedding vendor. Her prices are great, too.

Thanks Jesstagirl. Ella Elise’s Stationary is beautiful. She will design and let you print and cut yourself? If you don’t mind my asking, what is her price range for that service?

I used KMThomas on Etsy.
She was awesome to work with – I just sent her some inspiration photos I had found, and she was so patient working with me to get it all exactly right. The price was amazing, too.

Or try Alchemy on Etsy; there you can ask for exactly what you need and exactly what you are looking for (only design, no printing, etc).
