There! had to downsize them. FYI the "lime" looks really yellow in this photo but it's actually lime (more like the ribbon to the side looks). The lime with designs looks more "summery" to me :) What do you think?

How many iserts you will have depends on the type of information you are going to include with each invitation.
These are gorgeous! I love the border on the main card - and I agree with @noritake, the stamped design on the band looks great!

Nice job! I just voted for the navy band because I like the simplicity but after looking at your invites again, the green with the stamps might match your style better. We had 4 inserts in our pocket folds - rehearsal dinner, rsvp card, reception card and a sunday post-wedding card

we had 3 inserts - RSVP, Reception and on the back of it Accomodations/Wedding Website, Map and on the back of it written Directions.
What about the lime stamped belly band with the navy ribbon?

thanks so much everyone!! I made the pockets.....SO easy. I'm taking the easy route and cutting straight across 6 1/2" by 12 (scrap book paper) and then taping the pockets on. Saves so much money....most of the pocket folds ive seen are 1-2$ each, I hit up joann's sale and got the papers for $0.20 each!!
I like the second option!
For the information on the website - that depends on what you know about your friends. Are they younger, more tech savvy? Then you can depend on putting more information up. If you have some people you know who do not use the internet, then either you or your parents can give them any other updates!
Did you stamp the image at the top of your invite under the little green bow? These look fantastic!
Those are adorable! I love the stamp and the detail on the inside invitation. We are doing the green with the navy too. Isn't it so much cheaper to make the pocket folds yourself!?! Especially when you hit a sale! I know it's saving us so much money just making them ourselves.

Haha yeah it will be fun :) Yup all the designs are stamped....not too good with computer graphics so I printed off the words and left the rest to my crafting skills.
The lime edges on the inserts and the punched bottom are from stamp pad ink smudged on with a dabber. In real life it looks sponged on!

Hey Ladies!
Did a trial run on the invitations tonite, decided to go for the pocket style to keep everything together. So which outside ribbon/band do you like best??
Also any comments on inside would be helpful! The invitation is punched on the bottom and colored with lime stamp pad ink. The pocket part will have 2-3 pages of inserts, I smudged the edge with lime also.
Lastly, How many inserts did you all have? Can I rely on wedding website for info?
