Instead of attaching the 5×7 part, what about leaving it loose and putting the inserts behind it? That way your guests see the invitation first and you can still have the inserts in the pochette. In other words, all three things would be loose inside the pochette, with the 5×7 invite on top.

No, but if you’re worried about it, you could always attach something else to the back with glue dots or something else. Maybe a favorite poem or even the accommodation info or a local map. I did some parts of my invitation back to back, and that helped it feel like there weren’t so many loose pieces floating around. So in your case, you could just have the photo back to back with the accommodation info and have the RSVP part loose behind it. Does that make sense? I layered paper with a 1/4" margin around it (so one color at the full 5×7 and the paper with the actual info on it at 4.5×6.5 in a contrasting color) to make it look prettier. Just a thought.
