In the next few days I'm going to hit up some makeup counters and buy some nicer foundation, concealers, and primer.  I'm not 100% sure what I should get.  I have some nice makeup already but I'm looking for something that will last all day and help keep my oily skin under control.

    Any suggestions?

I am doing the same thing.  Primer is a must (smash box has a good one for face and Urban Decay  and too faced for eyes.  However since my face breaks out with primers (my skin is extra sensitive) i am not using it instead i am using a makeup sealer OVER my makeup called model in a bottle.  for concealer under the eyes i have Kat Von D Tattoo concealer (only available at sephora)  but i am planning to try Benefit Boi-ing one.  Foundation is am using my everyday one by Maybelline (the liquid mineral one) just because i know it looks good and stays on and IS A PERFECT match but u should give Revlon's photo-ready a try (get is from walgreens or CVS so u can return it if needed) ..or try Revlon Colorstay..or Maybelline's supperstay.

for high end MUFE HD foundation is really good but expensive.

for lips color that REALLY stays and does not feel uncomfortable invest in estee Lauder's double wear stay in place lip Duo.

To get that air brush perfect finish use Stippling brush (MAC 187 or 130)..or try Sigmamakeup.com for SS187 or even better SS197.  I will be using MAC 188 (same as SS 188) for under eye area since it is small i use the 187 and 188 everyday but will be getting the SS 197 for the big day because it is more dense and perfect for what i want.

blush i can tell u NARS has great ones but i will be using either what i have or NYX blushes.

Tell me ur budget and a few of these can be replaced for less expensive ones.

for shadows (thu with primer it will stay put) i am using some MAC (they had the color  i want)and some NYX shadows :)

sorry it is too long :) good luck :)

i can attest to the greatness of revlon's photo-ready. it's only like $11, so it's a much better deal than some of the higher-end foundations, but with the same result. i have problem skin, and it makes my skin look beautiful. :)

I have ridiculously oily skin, and I swear by Clinique.
