What do you think of my centerpieces? I played around tonight with so materials I’ve accumulated the last few weeks. The flowers are dried hydrangeas with a few strands of dried amaranthus. I bought the container on sale at hobby lobby. I don’t really have a theme for the wedding but want to create something special. I don’t have a lot of money to spend and I’m nervous things will look cheap. Any thoughts?

I don’t think they look cheap but I think you need something in the pot at the base of the branches. Like moss or something? Also you said you don’t have a theme or anything but this lends itself to a french country sort of theme. Something to keep in mind as you plan your other decor.
I’m not sure you even need the amaranthus also. Good luck!

I agree with Derbybride. They look great, but you’ll want to fill the pot with some filler stuff.

Thanks so much for the tips. I planned on securing the branches with plaster of Paris. I’m considering covering the plaster with Spanish moss. Dollar zone has bags for $1 a piece.
