Soooo I made our ring pillow from scratch and originally made it with the ribbon and the bling jewel in the middle….the longer I kept looking at it, the more I thought it needed sprucing up, so I made the ginormous flower to see how it would look with it instead…Which one do you like better?
I like the flower, but my Fiance likes the original; and I quote “why would you want a huge flower on a pillow??” lol boys just don’t get it sometimes. So anyway, let me know you honest opinions! I am ok with either one!

I like the first one, its pretty!

I think I like the first one better because it has clean lines; I also like that you can see more of the pillow. They’re both cute, but my eye just prefers the first.

The more I looked at it, the more I like the second one. I think the rings would look really pretty sitting in the cup of the blossom.

I really love them both but I think I love the first one a little more. It’s a bit more understated and I think maybe the second one is a bit busy? They’re both really cute though!

I love the flower on the second one, for sure, but I think it might be overpowering or top-heavy for the pillow.

I prefer the first one-If you are making the flower girl basket, maybe you can use your big flower idea on that?

I like the flower but voted for the original. If a little boy is walking the rings down the aisle, he is NOT going to want to carry anything having to do with a big pink flower. Unless he is 3 and just thinks pillows are cool.
If it is not a little boy, then do the flower. It’s really pretty.

I think the first one is better. I like the flower, but I think it is too much for the pillow. Perhaps if you scaled it down some. The first pillow has a simple elegance to it.

Please please do the original. The 2nd one is rather over the top

I voted for the first one. I think it’s lovely.

AS is, I like the first one better. You could try jazzing up the flower with a rhinestone brooch or button in the middle instead of the pins.

I think I would like the flower if it was a bit smaller. I voted for the first one.
EDIT : Could you use the flower itself as the “pillow”?? Put something on the bottom for it to be held by and go for it? I think that would be great!

Thanks for all the opinions! You guys have definately made up my mind about using the original! I will just find something else to do with the flower, and If not, thats ok too…it didn’t take long to make at all. I have already made the Flower Girl basket and I think that the original goes better with that one anyway. Thanks guys!
