It probably depends on the project! I bought a Xyron for a DIY project and I haven't finished the project so far, but I love it! It works great and is really fun...even my FI used it! :)
go with the Xyron--it saves so much time and they're not very expensive! i heart mine immensely!
the xyron is great! if you have a michael's or maybe even a hobby lobby around, their ads usually have a 40% off one item coupon which helps immensely!!!
I'm not going to lie - I'm scared of the xyron. I'm scared of the gocco. I can handle double-sided tape. :) So that's what I used for my invites.
what is a xyron and gocco... google here i come... i love this board/website, learning so much!
I'm gonna go the other way on this. double sided tape all the way!!! the xyron refills get very expensive. I buy all my double sided tape on ebay... very cheap!
I admit...I am also a little frightened of the Gocco, and yet I want one so very very much! lol
Glad for the input thus far. Any differences in how well it holds? I've always been a double-stick tape girl myself, but knowing I want to do a lot of DIY projects makes me believe the Xyron investment could be worth it, especially if it's a better hold. Thoughts?
Thanks, ladies!

For all of your crafty members of the hive, do you prefer using a Xyron, double stick tape or adhesive tape and why? I am debating about whether or not I should buy a Xyron...they seem like such handy time savers!
