WAY too freaking much! LOL!

I actually made a list of my DIY projects and also the “shopping list” for them the other night.  Yeah, I’ll be adding to that list, lol.

Ahhh so many to do!  And I only have a couple weeks 🙁

I’ve pretty much started on everything thankfully, but the things I still have to finish are:

Name Cards

Out of Town Boxes

Programs

Signage

I do love DIY though!  So at least I’m not dreading this 🙂

I have a couple which i’m dying to finish.

-Finish addressing envelopes

-make flag banner “just married”

-cover the wooden letters in pink fabric

-order the bon bons for the tables

-cover the corkboard for the seating list

-make the paper vintage and write the table names and guest names to pin up.

Oh boy… so much to do…the centerpeices (started), the flower girl sash (done!) the ring bearer pillow (done!), the unity candles (almost), the invites (almost), programs, table numbers, place cards, hair flower, a looking glass, alter decorations, welcome bags for out of town guests, and our favors (half-way done) …  My mom’s also making my veil (half-way), a guest book quilt (started), the jewelry for the bridesmaids (designed but not made), glitter tealights (done), and hangers for my dress and his tux (done!).  Crazy DIY insanity… at least I have an insanely crafty mom to help!

@strawberrybanana:I started a year early?  Though, honestly, I can totally see me having a crap-ton of stuff to do and staying up late, looking like a raccoon during the days, etc. up until my FI removes all the craft stuff from the house and refuses to let me touch anything but the bed, lol!

Seriously, though, set aside time for one craft and use a deadline.  x must be finished by this date.  y will be next, and must be finished by this date, etc etc etc.  It really DOES help!!!!

I’m getting married in 22 days. Some of the DIY projects, made the wedding invitations, fan programs, wishing tree (spray paint the manazita branches, decorate the vase, and hanging cards, unity candle (personalize), personalize cord (one of the Filipino traditions), veil for the ceremony (another Filipino tradition), Tissue packs for guests, bubble tags, flowers for the pew bows, girlfriend made my practice bouquet from my bridal shower ribbons and tissue paper, flower girl kissing balls, ring bear pillow, coin bearer pillow to hold the arrhae coins, sash for the traditional money dance so they can pin it on the sash instead of my wedding dress, the corsages and boutonnieres, the immediate family flowers.

The only thing I need to finish is the ribbons for the programs and the ribbons for the hanging tags for the wishing tree.

I’m attempting one DIY. Ribbon wands.

Luckily I have a small guest list and I’m only making 15. I made two the other night, but just with stuff I had around the house. So good so far!
