Looks like Montana from Swarovski mixed in with slightly darker blue crystals.

This is a strassed Loubie in montana from Redo My Shoe.

 ETA: Crystal count depends on the size and style of the shoe. I’ve done three pairs, two pumps in a size 9 that took about 7,000-8,000 crystals each, one pair of size 6 platform slingbacks that took almost 9,000. I also used 7 different sizes from 5ss up to 20ss, you can cut back on the amount of crystals if you stick to bigger sizes.

@HisNightOwl2014:  I would start with a lower amount, maybe half? And then go from there. The crystals are expensive if you go with Swarovski so you don’t want to end up with a ton leftover. Here are my threads with my strassing exploits so hopefully they’ll help you.
