A-freaking-dorable! What a great job you did on them and love that they are soooo personal.
I LOVE THIS!!!! Seriously so freaking cute and well thought out! I think it's perfect!
oh my they are SOOOO CUTE. if we had purchased ours already id ask you to make mine :) (i would have paid, lol!)
Oh my gosh that is super cute!!
ETA: Did you use a template or did you design that yourself?
so cute I can hardly stand it, and I love the grey and yellow! Nice work! You should seriously think about taking custom orders.
This is so adorable! I'm trying to design mine, too, and it's difficult! You did such a great job. Anyone would be lucky to receive one!
Thanks everyone! I was a little worried...I love how they turned out, but my dad doesn't like them. He thinks they are just too busy, I didn't really care what he thought, but I wanted to make sure our guests wouldn't feel the same way. So I thought the bees would be the perfect opinion for the masses! Thanks for making feel more confident about them.
If anyone wants to try something similar I am happy to help :) I sized them as a 3.9 x 9 so it will fit in a std #10 envelope (some examples were much longer, but I don't want to pay extra postage) and I used catprint for printing!
@BayStateBride: I didn't use a "template", but I did find several invites that gave me the inspiration. I used photoshop and started from scatch, but I followed the general layout from the examples I liked.
@Ms Rocky Road: I don't have a theme per say, but the style is a mix between modern and vintage. We just chose a clean color pallete of white, grey (charcol, and a lighter shade), and a mustard yellow, and are selecting items that complement our venue; which is a courtyard with string lighting that has a bit of spanish flare to it.

I pulled some inspiration from some invites I saw online and came up with these DIY STD's. I am really excited about them. I like that they are different, quirky, fun, and share a bit of our story with our guests.
What do you all think? Is it too much?
Some of the She's and He's our our names, but you get the idea. And there will not be a borderer, but I added it so it would not blend with the background on here.
