Have you tried browsing Etsy? There are a lot of great designers on there. If you can't find anything you like specifically, you can always put up an alchemy request!
Most independent invitation studios or custom designers will offer this service. Just make sure you get the specifics of what is included, what isn't and that they set everything up so that it can be printed on your computer and that they will provide it in a a format that is compatible for you (ie Adobe Reader).
