@kateisstoned:  Thanks for sharing! It was so neat seeing your progression! I like the color changes, I think it’s easier to read than the light blue/green that you were using before and I love your wording throughout the entire invitation! I think it looks great!

I like the 3rd and 4th ones….easy to read and the design isn’t too “in your face” but still gets your personalities and theme across!

Wow!  What a fun evolution to see!  I kept my printouts from mine for the same reason.  GL with the process!

I love the way you have it now- your fonts and colors look great!  If I were going to be picky, the only thing I would change would be to remove the word “with” before “feast, festivities..” But other than that, I love it!

Agrre-what a great evolution! (But just an FYI, you blocked out the last name and location and some invites, but not all).

What fonts did you use for the “scribble” lettering in the later versions? I love it! (I’m a bit of a font collector)

I actually like the second-to-last version the best… the mountains don’t pull your eye downward (meaning away from the invite wording) as much as the “purple mountains” (last) version does.

Great job! I should post mine. I did starfish invitations and theyve been a hit so far.

I’m not sure if youre including more information in the invitation, but I made sure to put the address under the name of the resort. That way people can mapquest the location, if they dont know where it is.

@kateisstoned:  I love them! And how cool is the time of your ceremony? I’ve never heard of that before and am actually quite upset it won’t work with our date πŸ˜‰

May I ask how you did the invites, i.e. what software you used? I plan on doing ours with PowerPoint, which I have done for the birth of our daughter and that’s come out lovely. But I am not sure how to get the banners and tree etc in using ppt (as I’d always have white edges which won’t work if i’m printing on colored paper …)

thanks for your advice!

I love the progreesion, the latest version looks great and is so much more visually appealing/readable.

Also, I love the time, I wish I would have thought of that for my 4/12 wedding
