We are still in need of a DJ but only have a small budget to work with for it. Any suggestions from anyone???

Hi there! I have a good friend who lives in Baltimore and he charges $100 per hour....is that budget friendly? you could hire him for the reception only, and ipod the rest...send me a note if you are interested!

This might be a little late, and I don't know if they will travel this far, but Shew-sical is fairly inexpensive. Soundsations also. They are the two I interviewed. Both very nice and knowledgable.

I am meeting with Bill Bowen on Friday night. My girlfriend used him for her wedding last June, and even though I don't remember a ton about her wedding, I do have to say that I danced all night! She was on a tight budget and said that his prices were the lowest she could find. He was about $500 - $1000 cheaper than the other DJs I found.

We met with Absolute Entertainment. They're in Maryland near BWI. They were nice & professional and it sounded like they had a range of price options. It also sounded like DJs in general are kind of hard up for bookings and might be open to negotiation.
