I recently researched the health benefits of drinking organic/raw apple cider vinegar diluted in water. Many sites suggested more energy, clearer skin, better nails, and higher tolerance to illness.
I just started yesterday with 2 teaspoons of ACV in 8oz. of water. Although the taste will need some getting used too, I am anxious to see how I feel in the upcoming weeks!
Any bees on an ACV regime? How did it work out?

Im dont personally do this, but i know ppl who have done this. they were doing it for the wrong reason though.. it also boost your metabolism. and they wouldnt dilute it and just do a shot a day of it. but their nails, hair were amazing!

Not as a regimine, I don’t actually drink it.
I use it in my hair as a clarifiying rinse. My hair looks great! So maybe I’ll have to try this.

Be careful, as it’s pretty harsh. WedMD has a number of cautions about it:

Interesting, I’ve never heard of this! I just put it in salad dressings 🙂

I’ve used it in my hair as a calrifying rinse, and also to combat acid reflux (it works).

I try to remember to do this but I’m pretty forgetful. I have the Bragg’s ACV and although I’ve never personally noticed any benefits from using it, I’ve read so many stories of people who swear by this stuff.

@elysion: I’m using Braggs ACV. From what I have read, the active “mother of vinegar” in Braggs is what is a nutrient powerhouse. It is the couldy stuff on the bottom so you have to make sure to shake it well. I just finished my second 8oz. serving today and will have another when I get home from work.
