@becleeham:  There are PLENTY of Halos on the Bee with small center stones. I have seem many, many of halos with a center stone of .25 or .5.
I don’t have mine yet, but this is the one thats being ordered for me! Its a .5 center stone.

And here are two of the rings I tried on while picking out rings… they are both .25 center stones:

@becleeham:  Here’s my SILs halo.  I think the center is about half caret, I’m not sure exactly.

@becleeham:  Moral of the story… Halos look beautiful no matter the center stone size! I think .60 is a great size for a halo. The ones that are over a carat are too big for my personal taste when you put a halo on top.

The centre stone in my halo e-ring is about .50

@becleeham:  It’s even prettier in person than online! Much more sparkly 🙂 I’m actually having it made in Rose Gold, though 🙂 I’m not sure if you can just buy the setting, but it doesn’t hurt to ask/contact them!

And the side view is here (this is the link for both the e-ring and w-band in one, but its the same ring): http://www.kay.com/ProductDisplay?bcCatIds=100006.100007.100010&topCatId=100006&urlRequestType=Base&catalogId=10001&categoryId=&productId=940202700&errorViewName=ProductDisplayErrorView&urlLangId=-1&langId=-1&storeId=10101

I think my center is .25. I have a size 9 finger too, but I feel like I get plenty of finger coverage.

@becleeham:  Thanks, I love my set! The wedding band actually has a notch in it, so with the e-ring there is an illusion of it sitting under the halo! The e-ring and and band were sold as a set. I looked long and hard for something like it, as I love halo style rings but I am not a fan of the wedding bands that curve around the circle of the halo 🙂

Here`s a pic so you can see how the wedding band looks:
