@MrsPlaidShirt:  have you tried any of the Clean line cleansers or moisturizers? You can get them at Walmart and they’re all natural and awesome for sensitive skin!

I have terribly sensitive skin and use BareMinerals makeup and wouldn’t ever put any other makeup on my face. I love their products and my skin does great with it.

I use Bare Minerals and love it! I like that it just feels light and looks very natural. I don’t have sensitive skin so I can’t say anything about that though.

Bottled water to wash your face sounds expensive! Have you tried just used water that’s gone through a Brita filter?

I thought I had terrible skin until I stopped using cleansers and stuff.  It turns out I was just allergic to some pretty standard stuff in commercial face products.

I oil cleanse my face (super easy, I just put some sunflower oil on a cotton ball, wipe, and rinse) and then use a drugstore moisturizer.  I do use Bareminerals in the summer, but my skin gets so dry in the winter that I need to use a cream foundation.

Since I stopped using soap on my face, all of my dry flaky patches have gone away.  It’s also soooo much cheaper, since a giant bottle of oil is like $4.  I can use cosmetics that I was reacting to before, as well.

I use Bare Minerals and I love it! I don’t have sensitive skin but I do have oily skin so I like the matte version. Everything I put on my face is made by the Bare Minerals line and I love how it feels light and natural. I wouldn’t go back to using cosmetics that contains tons of chemicals because I’m scared my skin will react to it.

@MrsPlaidShirt: Neither did I! I went to a medical skin spa and was introduced to it. I had sworn off mineral make up because it made me look fake, chalky and my skin hated it. But this is amazing (at least for my acne prone skin)

I have it. It’s a bit of a mess. That powder gets everywhere.

Aveeno makes great moisturizers!! I haven’t used bare minerals, but I use a mineral foundation from Laura Mercier (can purchase at sephora) and I love it!
