My wedding colors are blue and gold, my BMs are in blue, and I found an adorable yellow eyelet dress for my flower girl and am making a blue sash for it.  I don’t know if I would put a 3 year old in an all black dress for the wedding, but maybe black and white polka dots or flowers? or another accent color you have for the wedding?  I don’t think that the flower girl needs to be in white at all– a 3 year old will look adorable no matter what!

i like the polka dot idea!! that would be very cute on a 3 year old. i’m not doing a pouffy dress either so i bought seersucker dresses in light blue for my flower girls. i’m wearing a lace dress. we’re sort of doing a country chic idea.

I like cutesie dresses on little girls. In colors. Not really white, though…i just think something soft is more preciouso n them.

The black and white would be perfect though!

I think flower girls can wear anything as long as it fits with the wedding.  I don’t think I would want my little niece all in all black at such a young age but a dress with black in it would be cute.  My 2 year old niece wore a black dress with a black sash.
