We did black suits, white shirts, green ties and grey BM dresses! it looked great!
You can do whatever you want! Oh, and I LOVE your dress. I know I say I love a lot of things on here LOL, but I mean totally head over heels in love with that dress! Every time I see a picture of that dress, I feel like mine is put to shame!
That would be such a fun BM dress! I don't think the ties have to match, you guys can do whatever you want! My BM's are wearing varied shade of purple so the guys are probably just going to do formal tux's with no colors.

2nd, the ties and dresses definitely do not have to match. I think the tuquoise dresses and silvery ties would look great together. Maybe you could find a turqoise pocket square to tie it all in? Honestly I think matching ties to the girl's dresses is a little "prom" looking for my taste. I think it looks timeless and classy when they don't match. LOVE your dress by the way!
i'm not into matchy, so i say no. the lady at mens warehouse insisted that we had to match our ties to our colors, even when i was insisting that i didn't want to because there's no way i'm making my guys spend money on a pink tie that they'll never wear again! we ended up just walking out of that place, and going to dillards, where they were nice enough to let us buy yellow ties.
We're not matching - the girls have eggplant for their dress color and the boys are having a silvery blue (our secondary color). I think they'll be happy that they don't have to wear purple 
I love your dress! woohoo! My girls are wearing red dresses, but the GM's are wearing champagne vest and tie with red boutinerres. I just thought too much red would look too tacky (my opinion), my theme is red and gold

nope! My girls wore navy dresses. The guys wore black vests and tie. No need to be matchy =o) PS your dress is GORGEOUSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

In my opinion (and one of my fave ladies in the world, Stacy London), it doesn't have to match, it has to "go." My BM dresses are blue, and they guys are wearing green ties that happen to have a little bit of blue in them (but don't match necessarily). And, all of the guys are going to be wearing a different tie to boot! Go with what looks good to you - I love the idea of the turquoise and gray/silverish combo!
No! I think if the color is matched exactly it can look a little cheesy/prom-ish, so do what you want!
Matching something with the BM colors looks great in photographs-- it doesn't have to be the vest and tie, it can be as little as a pocket square and/or boutonniere.
My best friends wedding is before mine (in May) and what we are doing in hers is the girls are all wearing lilac dresses and (im the MOH) my dress will be adark purple (called Lapis) and for the guys, they will all be wearing silver vests/ties except the best man who will be wearing the darker charcoal grey vest/tie. Different colors, but similar considering the shades.

What do you think about the Torrean dress in ivory/eggshell with turquoise color bridesmaid dresses? Do groomsmens ties have to match the bridesmaids dresses? Or could I pick out a silver/grey color tie?
