Ok, I’ve been searching for a wedding band to pair with my new ering for weeks, and I think I’ve just confused myself. I have looked at thousands of rings and I’m going crosseyed now. I need your help! I’d love to bring a pop of colour into my set, and am hoping to eventually have a stack of some sort. Please tell me whether you think they’ll mesh well. I’m not into a super matchy-matchy look, but I don’t want the band to look out of place, if that makes any sense. If anyone has any better ideas, please post pics or links! Here are pics of my ering and the band I’m thinking of:

I like the pop of color. The first ring is my fav of the two.
I have a double halo ring in with gold and it’s super modern but I’m loving the look of a vintage, textured stack of rings for my wedding bands. Possibly in different colors of gold. While most will probably think it looks weird, I like the idea of having something a little different.

Love the first one, I think it would look fantastic!

I love it! I like the first one more I think. I’m thinking about getting a mismatched band also.

I love the first one but how big is it in relation to your e-ring??

Love stacks, and love mis-matched rings! I think that first ring is gorgeous and will compliment your e-ring very well!

Love this! I definitely like the first ring best…the shape of it would fit really well with your e-ring!

gelaine22: My erin is 1.5mm wide, but the band is 2mm. So slightly wider.

lavenderstone: I have found that height matters more than mm width. My ruby band ended up being too “tall” compared to my e-ring and it bugged the crap out of me. Unfortunately the only way to know is to order them and try them and send them back if they dont work … love the look of the first one!

I agree with wrkbrk. I’ve been looking for a wedding band and I’ve been really frustrated. The height of the band has definitely determined what looks best with my e-ring.

thats a tough call as your engagement ring looks much slimmer and not as tall as the other two bands. They may over power your ring and thats not what a wedding band is meant to do. have you seen them together in person at a shop, or is this going to be an online purchase?

Wow your ring is pretty well identical to mine and I’m doing a plain band with alternating diamonds and blue sapphieres!
So… In other words I love it!

I think the first ring you posted would look beautiful with your engagement ring! ^^

I personally love both rings and think they would look beautiful with your ering 🙂 I’m also really into the mismatched but still matched look lol if that makes sense 🙂
