I guess my title explains it all. I don’t like the look of those big silver bases at all. I’m planning to have a 4-tier cake that will be on it’s own table. We’re considering putting it on a high top table. I love the look of vintage cake stands and found several that I love, but don’t think that they’d hold a wedding cake of 80 servings.
Did anyone else go without the silver cake stand?
