I would start by creating your must have list of guests. i.e. parents, siblings, bridal party. And see how many you have. Those people are most likely to go and for me when I added both my side and his, I was at 40 people. With Aunts/Uncles and cousins my numbers doubled.

Don't go too many people over the capacity. You never know how many people will say yes and you'd be in a tough spot if more people RSVP yes than you'd thought.
@Charm bracelet im already in a tough spot at least half are the main family members.. FI has a big family...thanks for the advice : )

Long story kinda short we planned on having a decent size wedding about 110 until we decided on having a destination wedding which the venue only allows 50 people now the hard part is do we send STD/invites to only 50 go over by 10 or how many? I know since its destination not everyone will go. Pls bees advice on how many more to invite.
