Hi Bees . . .
I’m not sure what the best route would be so I need the etiquette bees to help me.
With illness in our family, FI and I had to change our wedding date from 3/1/14 to 10/25/14.
We had already sent the invites and getting RSVP’s from guests when we had to make the decision to postpone the date.
All the details of the wedding is the same. Same place, same times etc. Is a phone call, email enough? Or do I send out new invites?
Everyone has been so wonderful given the situation, I just want to make sure I’m doing everything right.

@MissSangria: I honestly think a phonecall or email is totally fine. I’d be tempted to send out a postcard reminder as well, like a new Save the Date.

I would call everyone now, and send a postcard reminder of the new date!

Phone calls have been made, but I do like the idea of a post card – reminder – save the date mailing. Thanks ladies!

I’d link to a wedding website with your up to date details…just because I know I’d lose the original invite between now and October, but if I had a site to save (that you can email again before the date too), it would make it easier

I would probably send out new invites again….
