I will not be wearing a bridal bra or having cups sewn in. I am also; as some of the PP's stated, well endowed and my gown looks awesome without anything additional. I even jumped up and down and danced around and wiggled around to make sure nothing would pop out. I think that if you can get away with it, you should not wear either one under your gown.
I'm what you would call, um, well endowed so I definitely won't be having cups sewn into my dress. My seamstress just recommends a good strapless bra. I'm going to a specialty bra/girdle shop to make sure I get a really good bra with a really good fit.
