i think they look very nice together. i wouldnt change it. plus if you went much smaller with the earrings you might not be able to see them in picutes.
I think they all go well together - keep the earrings!
I think the earring are a little too big. Are you planning to wear your hair up or down cause I think that might make a difference. I would go for a large stud with your hair up but with the earring you have now if you want your hair to be down.
By the way, I think your necklace is so beautiful and I love that is has sentimental value to it too.
@Koala Bear: I am planning on wearing my hair up. I always pictured it all up with big earrings, and a simple necklace, but then when I remembered about this necklace I knew I had to wear it. So just tough trying to change my vision and see myself with smaller earrings... I'm split.
That necklace is absolutely gorgeous! I've always heard you can wear 3 pieces, so as long as you're not wearing a bracelet, I think you're good to go. I think it all looks great together!
@milesbella: thanks!! and yup, no bracelet. the only other jewelry I'll be wearing is my ring(s), and then a sixpence on an anklet with some light blue ribbon (but you won't be able to see that unless I'm trying to show you). Considering the dress is simple with only a tiny bit of rhinestones I figured I should play up on jewelry a bit. Which is also why I got sparkly shoes! (http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/enzo-angiolini-merryann-pump/3060566?origin=keywordsearch&resultback=307) but again, that's under the dress and subtle.
I think everything goes very well together. I am struggling with finding my jewelry so Im a little jealous of how nice yours looks together :)

Although I like the larger earring, heres some similiar earrings that are studs if you do decide to go smaller
@Ms.Dachshund: thanks for the suggestions! I got my earrings and the comb from http://www.bella-tiara.com-- they have a TON of selection so you might look on there, and things are inexpensive, but they have kind of an annoying return policy/restocking fee so I've read a lot of people complain about that site in general. could find something good though like I did!

I have an heirloom necklace that my grandfather gave to my grandmother on their wedding day-- so I am definitely wearing that. Here is a picture:
I purchased earrings and a hair comb to match.
Also for reference, here is my dress: it's hard to tell in the picture, but there is a rhinestone cluster brooch at the top of the mermaid seam that is very similar to the hair comb/slightly floral.
here is all three together, and the earrings and necklace on;
I am wondering if the earrings are too large?? I think they match really well to the necklace but maybe something more understated would be better??
How would these match instead http://www.lordandtaylor.com/eng/JewelryAccessories-Jewelry-Earrings-SpecialOccasionEarrings-Open_Round_Drop_Earrings-lordandtaylor/157022 ? or should I just stick with what I've got? The original earrings were only $30-something, so wouldn't be a huge deal to get something different.
