I am sadden to hear you terrible ordeal especially spending that amount of money on charger plates.  I purchased mine from JCPenney so look out for them during the October month .  

Keep those emails coming however do not utilize any foul language or threats as the company will state that due to the customers threats and hostility communication could not be made.   In every email write on the portion Notice One , two ,3, until you get to 6 th notice and in every email explain what the problem is, what you want done and what time.

The next step is also to contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint trust me that company will respond in a week or less.   BBB will also notify you of any updates however do not make the mistake that many customers make when the company responses back and states “we are issuing the customer a full refund on so and so date” than BBB will reply back to you are you satisfied with the resolution. Do not state you are satisfied until you see that you have been fully refunded.  Make sure to respond back to the BBB because they have a time limit if you do not respond they take it as the complaint was resolved.

Print out all the emails and the ones you sent as proof
