I am writing this post so that none of you will get burned by this company as I have been. I ordered carnations to make pomanders for my wedding a few weeks ago. I discovered I needed more and promptly ordered the same style and color as the ones I bought previously.
When I received my order, the quality, color and style of the carnations was completely different. They were not even close to the color from before hand. I ordered cream, and these are bright white.
I went to contact the company, and they only offer live chat customer help or email. There is no phone number to call. I chatted with someone who clearly did not know how to speak English and she said that my only option was to return and exchange or return for a refund.
However, why I am really mad, is that the current picture on the website matches the silk flowers I ordered previously. I would assume that if you change your product you would change your picture. I am really upset now, and dont know what I will do yet to finish my pomanders.
Please do not order from this company if you want things to be consistent and quality products!
