Our daughter ordered a wedding package of roses and daisies which was to arrive two days before her wedding. She received an email which confirmed that. However, the delivery day came and went and there were no flowers. We called and called and called. Finally FedEx told us that 50Flowers had sent the flowers 1 day late for delivery the day before the wedding, after 3 pm! That is, during the rehearsal and a day after my daughter was to move out of her apartment. After hours on the phone FedEx found the flowers and held them at a location where we picked them up. 50 Flowers never returned my calls and I was on hold 30 minutes each time I called. When the flowers did arrive 5 of the 50 roses were completely rotten inside. Others dropped off their stems during the ceremony. I would not take a chance with this company again. There is no way to reach them if you need help.

Sorry you had a bad experience with them. I’ve used them several times. I used to make bridal bouquets, centerpieces and other flower arrangements as a hobby. I never had a problem with them. We received flowers that were frozen but it wasn’t their fault. The package was left outside at theFedEx building too long and we had it was below 0 temps that day. Fiftyflowers replaced the flowers for free and did not charge delivery.

That is awful! So glad this did not happen to us! I would have been on the warpath.
We used fifty flowers for my daughter’s wedding & were very satisfied w/the service & condition of the flowers. We used them in centerpieces. bridesmaid bouquets & outdoor aisle decor. Even though we were experiencing very hot/humid conditions they held up really well, lasting over a week after the wedding!
We also ordered hydrangeas through bj’s used in bouquets & centerpieces & these flowers were in SUPERB Condition. They were serviced by “In Bloom” & I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in bulk hydrangeas for a reasonable price.
