Oh yes, even at 5.5 weeks, my symptoms come and go. Sometimes hour by hour. When I wake up, boobs are usually less sore, then by the end of the day it’s like cement blocks in my bra. I have a lavender heating pad I use at night to soothe them, so maybe that’s contributing. I’ve also had no cramping or spotting/bleeding.

It’s kind of sick, part of me wants to do nothing to relieve symptoms so I feel “more pregnant,” but the soreness keeps coming back so I just have to get over it.

I get it though. When I feel less symptoms, since I have so few already, it is very easy for my brain to go down a rabbit hole of worry. I’m telling myself even if I notice lack of symptoms or anything, nothing will stop a miscarriage if I were to have another one. It’s helping me enjoy being pregnant now and taking it one day at a time. The worry never really stops though, just continues to evolve.

Yes…very normal. They’ll go away…flare up for a few weeks…then they might go away again. Mine went away around maybe 7 weeks. Around 9 weeks I got the food aversions & nausea. Then all the sudden 13 weeks hit and I felt totally normal.

tm6173 :  Yep nausea did not start early for me…and if it makes you feel better, I never really had bad morning sickness at all…so you might end up in that boat too :). My only really significant symptom most of the first trimester was being super tired & food aversions.

I was worried because people say morning sickness means you’re having a healthy pregnancy, so I thought does that mean I’m not healthy?…but everybody’s different. I’ve probably only been truly nauseous on maybe 6 occassions, usually when I haven’t eaten early in the morning…and I’ve only really thrown up once, after the 3-hour glucose test. I’m currently 26 weeks, and me & baby are both doing great.
