I think they're cute! your ideas for them already are great; in addition, maybe you can affix them to vases for centerpieces, or photoframes if you're having a gift table or card box?
I think they'll look great on the bouquets. Or if you're having centerpieces with vases, you could hang them like a necklace on a ribbon wrapped around the vase. Not cheesy at all! Very classic and cute.
Those are pretty! You can use them anywhere you want. I would be careful about having them around food as some people may think they are edible (made from white chocolate).
I think they would look amazing hanging from the ribbon on your bouquet.
Also.. my friend used the monogram look attached for her centerpieces and it looked amazing. I think you could do the same only glue the cameo to the peice of cardstock instead of printing the monogram on it.

So thanks to some great advice from the hive, I've decided to incorporate cameos into my gold and blush old romance themed wedding. I found these on ebay but I don't know if they look cheesey or what I could do with them really? We're not having favor boxes (our favors don't need boxes) but I was thinking maybe I could have the cake guru put one on the cake? or on menu cards? or some how in the flower arrangements? I would probably pin one to my bouquet. IDK. I'm open to suggestions. Thanks bees!

*note - they're not actually attached to a pearl necklace... they just like they are in the photograph.
