I’m having such a hard time finding wedding shoes, and I really love these blue lace ones…but I’m not sure if the lace on the shoe clashes with that of the dress? I really want a blue shoe for my something blue and a splash of color, and I want closed toe pumps.. I love the touch of lace, too.
What do you think?

When you said blue, I was picturing something electric blue. I think those match just fine!

I love the color, but I think, for me, the lace would be too busy with a lacy dress.
I’m not the most fashion-forward individual though, lol. Take it with a grain of salt.

Lovely, great pick. I think they will be a beautiful pair 🙂

I think lace shoes with a lace dress are too busy. I would pick a solid color.

I think there’s too much lace going on. If the show was a plain blue they’d be lovely. I have a lace dress and when I was looking at shoes I wanted some lace ones like that. Everyone told me it would be to much lace even though they were lovely. They were right b/c looking back now and looking at your photos it’s too much.

I love those shoes and I’m going to tell you to wear them if you love them. Asides from a few key pictures no one will seem that so even if it’s lace on lace, rock them if they make your heart sing!

I love it together. Love lace. They are a very soft blue. So pretty.

beautiful shoes but too much lace.

I think it might be too busy with the dress, but taken separately I wanted to say that both the dress and the shoes are stunning!!
Could you buy the shoes and wear them with a shorter solid white or ivory dress for the rehearsal dinner to really show them off?

I like it. Your shoes aren’t even going to be seen much, so if you like them then wear them!

too much lace on the shoe! Maybe find a pump that has lace appliques on it – instead of all over lace. Those would tie in beautifully with your dress!

Maybe a little less lace? I like the color – it’s perfect. However, if you love them, wear them. I have never noticed the bride’s shoes at any wedding I have ever been too.

Wear whatever shoes you want! If you love these shoes, work them! Except maybe 1-2 photos and a few guests who ask, nobody is going to see your shoes so go with what you love!
FYI I had a lace dress & strappy metallic shoes for the ceremony & reception but after 9 hours (nearing the end of the reception) I changed into my cowboy boots
