With eggs, chicken, ham, bacon and sausage, I think that beef is completely unnecessary. You have all the breakfast protein options well and truly covered! The menu looks fabulous!

I think that’s plenty of food. If somebody really feels like they want a lot of meat, they can add it to their omelet, right? Sounds delicious! I love the cinamon roll pops!

It’s always nice to have another yummy option, but I really don’t think you *need* to add red meat to this menu. It seems unnecessary, really!

I’m not even sure what beef option you would add for brunch?  I guess a roast as the caterer suggested?  But I think it would not go with the other food.

My feeling, there are plenty of non-veg options on your menu.  if there were not ham, bacon, or sausage it would be a different issue.  It’s good to be sensitive to your guests, but it’s your wedding reception, not a restaurant!

Then again, I don’t eat beef or pork, so I clearly wouldn’t care 🙂

Personally when I do brunch, I prefer the "unch" part — hehe or Lunch! … so when I read that I see a lot of breakfast items and not as many lunch items. I would TOTALLY find something to eat and be very happy (the smoothies sound yummy!) but maybe by adding a few lunch wraps/mini sandwiches (turkey / roast beef / tuna / chicken salad) you might satisfy your mom and caterer. Just my opinion! 🙂

I don’t think you need red meat. Your menu is sufficient. I’ve never eaten red meat a brunch!

I’m a HUGE red meat fan and even I say you don’t need it with that menu. Sounds yummy!

I looove meat … but I think that roast beef rolls sound yucky. I think your menu is perfect. If you added anything I would add bacon. I love bacon.

I would do the roast beef rollups because some people don’t eat pork products. I think it will be a big hit.

Your menu looks fantastic!!! I would be so happily fed at your wedding. Creme brulee french toast! OMG!!!!!!

You have plenty of meat choices so red meat isn’t necessary. Everything sounds delicious.
