I don’t really think any song implying you are a tramp should be at your wedding….sorry….

The lyrics are actually totally appropriate.

The trouble is no one will hear them- they will only think of the title.

She gets too hungry, for dinner at eightShe loves the theater, but doesn’t come lateShe’d never bother, with people she’d hateThat’s why the lady is a trampDoesn’t like crap games, with barons and earlsWon’t go to harlem, in ermine and pearlsWon’t dish the dirt, with the rest of those girlsThat’s why the lady is a trampShe loves the free, fresh wind in her hairLife without careShe’s broke, but it’s o’kShe hates california, it’s cold and it’s dampThat’s why the lady is a trampDoesn’t like dice games, with sharpies and fraudsWon’t go to harlem, in lincolns or fordsWon’t dish the dirt, with the rest of those broadsThat’s why the lady is a tramp

I suggest you look for another song.

Oops, switch one of those votes from yes to no. I misread the question.

If he likes Sinatra, try “The Way You Look Tonight.”

While I like that song and think that it is upbeat, the word tramp makes it an inappropriate song to me.  Especially when Merriam-Webster’s is defining tramp as: “1 a : vagrant b : a foot traveler c : a woman of loose morals; SPECIFICALLY: PROSTITUTE“.

I think its fine, especially if it reveals a lil bit of your personality.
