Lol we were watching roseanne the other day & she did this! Later on that night after sexy time I was laying in bed & went to get up to clean up & fi pushed my legs in the air!!!! We’ve been talking about ttc at the beginning of the year he didn’t seem as into it as me. Finally some indication that he’s ready!  He also mentioned painting dd crib♥. I hope it works, I wouldn’t mind being pregnant at our wedding as long as I can fit in the dress!!!

I did it with my daughter but I have no idea if it made a difference or not.  Good luck!

I did it, got pregnant quite fast but I don’t really think it was because of the leg thing. Then again, maybe it helped.

I did it once or twice for maybe 5-10 mins. after that i got sick of it and stopped. I got pregnant our first cycle trying so really no idea if it had any affect. My guess would be no, but it can’t hurt to try!

@TheHaesterReturns:  i did it for the first few cycles trying and then we stopped trying, so i stopped leaving my legs up. the first cycle we werent trying is the cycle we got pregnant.

    i guess it’s just random

Sometimes I put my legs in the air, sometimes I didn’t.  Usually for only 5 mins, not longer than 10 (don’t want a UTI).  My friend’s doctor told her the best thing to do after BD is to lay on your side for 20 mins, bring your knees up (like you would as a side sleeper).

I occasionally put my legs up, but mostly I would just try to lay down for a little while after, so stuff didn’t all drip out.  We would get ready for bed, and then I’d just go to sleep afterwards without getting out of bed.  I don’t think you need your legs up, just don’t get up and go to the bathroom right away.

@TheHaesterReturns:  I have to say that I totally thought this was “witch doctory type stuff” – and then I had IUIs done in the Drs office – and guess what they have you do for 20 minutes after, yup, that’s right, lay with your legs up. I definitely felt silly, but I did it – and actually the time that I did it the longest (the Dr was busy and didn’t come back for awhile, so I was like that for a little over a half hour) has resulted in our LO due in September. It might not really help, but I guess my theory is it can’t hurt!

@MsSparklyBee:  That episode is the first thing I thought about when I read this! Lol, I remember she was pointing her feet in different directions to “direct the sperm.”
